Fair ratings, decided on time.

Most dispute processes live in spreadsheets and DMs, and ratings quietly get missed. Dispute keeps every rating moving until it's decided.

Dispute in two taps

Agents get their negative ratings in Slack, pick a reason, and add a note if they want. Fair rating? One click on Not disputing.

Decided before the ticket closes

Dispute reads your close rules and sets dates that leave your reviewer real time. Reminders, a backup reviewer and management alerts keep anything from slipping.

Every team, its own reviewers

Give each group its own reviewer and backup, like a core team and an outsourced team. Leave out groups that don't take part, like Sales.

Recorded on the ticket

Every decision adds your team's tag and an internal note with the reason and who decided. Leave approved ratings out of your reports with a filter.

See what's slipping

Managers hear only when a dispute is at risk or missed, plus a short weekly summary. No noise for every rating.

Set up in Slack

Settings, your team and help all live on the app's Home tab in Slack. Agents never need another login.

How it works

Up and running in minutes, with no new tool for your team to learn.

  1. Add to Slack and connect your helpdesk

Choose your reviewers. Dispute reads your close rules and CSAT survey on its own.

  2. Agents hear about negative ratings

Once a day at 4 PM in their own time zone, or right away when time is short. Each rating shows a clear "please dispute by" date.

  3. Reviewers decide in Slack

Approve or deny with a comment. The ticket gets your tag and an internal note, and the agent hears back.

Questions

Which tools does it work with?

Slack, connected to your helpdesk's CSAT ratings. We're starting with one of the most widely used helpdesks and adding more. Email us to check yours.

On the fence? Write to us anyway. A real person reads every email and writes back. :)

Do agents need to leave Slack?

No. Agents dispute and reviewers decide right in Slack. Anyone can open the ticket with View ticket when they want the full conversation.

What happens if a reviewer is away?

A day before a dispute is due, the backup reviewer gets it and can decide it too. If it's still undecided close to the deadline, management is alerted.

Can we keep our own tags and reports?

Yes. Choose the tags added when a dispute is approved or denied, and keep using the reports you already have.

What data do you store?

As little as possible: IDs, dates and the dispute details. Never ticket conversations or customer comments. See our privacy policy.
